Why We’re Riding
In regional and remote Australia, many families struggle to access essential health services for their children. Around 190,000 country kids have developmental or mental-health needs that go unmet simply because of where they live.
Royal Far West bridges that gap by connecting country kids to speech pathologists, psychologists, occupational therapists and educators through its Centre for Country Kids in Manly and via Telecare programs that reach even the most isolated communities.
By riding 100 km, we’re taking on a challenge to help close that distance. Our goal? To raise enough funds to ensure more children get the specialist help they deserve no matter their postcode.
Every Kilometre Counts
By donating to our fundraising campaign, we’re not just cheering on Allan Hall’s riders, we’re helping to fund:
- Early health assessments for children who might otherwise slip through the cracks
- Therapy and intervention programs that support learning, confidence and social development
- Family and school support services that build resilience and strengthen communities.
Every contribution, big or small, goes directly to life-changing care for country kids and their families.
Go Beyond. So Country Kids Can Too. Donate today and be part of something extraordinary.
